Airplanes
At breakfast today Sarah said, "The airplane was invented in ?? (she knew but I can't remember) but it wasn't very popular at first. When the Righteous Brothers flew it not too many people liked it." Alan immediately started to sing, "You never close your eyes anymore when I fly my plane..."

So,ok, we know from whom Sarah gets her clever streak. And if you hadn't actually sung this to me on the phone, before I read it, I wouldn't have recognized the song or the group that sings it. So, ok, from whom do I get my dud streak?
